Dear valued customer,
It is with regret that we must inform you that Wurth Electronics Midcom, Inc. will increase
our existing prices for all orders that are placed on or after May 1st 2008.
Over the past year and one-half, there has been a weakening of the US-Dollar. We have
been able to make many adjustments for this through production and supply chain to
protect our customers from seeing any impact during this time. However, as the USDollar
continues to significantly weaken, it has now become necessary to adjust our
prices.
All orders that will be placed prior to May 1st, will be subject to your existing prices. We
appreciate your understanding and value our relationship with you. If you have any
